Is it possible to add rating to songs and connect m6 to apps like media monkey and sort songs by ratings. ı ask this because I give one star to songs which I like to delete then connect to my computer sort rating column then delete all at once. ıs this possible with m6?

Not used to Media Monkey but I can tell you the M6 works just like any normal mass storage device. If required it can be set into "MTP mode" that maybe works better with some applications like Windows media player. Try search in here on how it works.
However, the player itself is not able to sort songs by ratings.

Hmm I'd like to learn in "MTP mode" does wmp, itunes etc reads (shows) ratings of the songs.

Otherwise I have to memorize which songs to delete then dig hard to find them. This would be very tiring and time wasting. Can someone tell if m6 works in this way or not?

You do know that the M6 was released in 2006, right? I don't think they are still produced. This means that the units for sale are old and the batteries weak, since lithium batteries do not have super-long lifespans.

In trusted places in my country it's still available (not second hand). A big company owned it in Turkey.

I searched the forum & google & user manual, no single mention about rating system. Can someone check it?

If there's a Meizu m6 owner, can you give 1-5 star to your songs? Does this player has this function?

No sorry. As I more likely were into previously, it does not handle star ratings at all.
It only support basic tagging like song, artist and album name and perhaps album art or lyrics if you got that.
You still able to sort songs by file, song, artist and album name. Just to let you know
Star rating...I only seen it on the M8. If you absolutely need it, I would rather look at M8 or the coming M9 phone instead.

Not quite right what you say; M6 with Firmware 1.x has a star rating system, it was removed in FW2.x.
The only bad thing is that you then don't have the new features.

Interesting, didn't know that. 1.xxx ones are way before my time here and probably why I don't know much about them.

However, what I do know, those are only compatible with with the very first players that came out like TP, T1 and maybe SP. No chance to try them on SL for example.
