Frozen Touch Pad

The touch pad is almost frozen. The menu and enter can work, but aside from that, it's inactive(I can't change volume, selection...). I tried reset it. Hold down the enter button for 5 sec. the touch error information appears. If I continue to hold enter button, say 10 sec., it will turn off. But the problems are still here.
Do I have to return it to Meizu for service?
Any suggestion? Thanks.
