horizontal White bar on top of black screen

Hi,
My meizu SL is hang , and event after format, i can't see it on usb port.
I have a white horizontal bar at top on black screen.

I tried dfu tools , used updateNAND_BE_070831.dfu for manager file and last release of firmware M6SL.ebn file for "image"

i'm able to do the download via dfu tools, after it restarts, yellow screen formating, tyen still the same screen (see attachment)


if i could see it on usb it would be easy to put back firmware ...

I think your picture show that the resource file is missing.

Make sure you put both M6SL.ebn and resource.bin into your installed DFU Tools folder. Then try use DFU again and see if that help you further.

The resource.bin file , we never specifiy it in dfutools ? we just specify where is the M6SL.ebn ..

i tried with the package" DFU Tools (Complete Setup with SL2.004.7)" on this site, and there where the ressource.bin .

But when i tried with older bios release (i saw some guys succeded more with older release, i jsut took the M6SL.bin from other bios and keep the ressource.bin given in package.

I can make a new try with the M6SL and ressoruce.bin from the same relaese older than SL2.004.7).

If you say, I do also wonder why it's not mentored in the SL guide, in fact it is a normal thing we don't specify with the DFU for SP. I personally never played with the DFU for SL myself, so can't say. Maybe I'm just wrong and you don't need to do it. Perhaps someone that actaully tried this know better what to do. My SL has never been bricked yet.

Just be careful mixing resource files with other firmware's, especially when your player is already bricked. Some may not work with each other and will maybe do the problem even worse.

I also have the same problem and Itried a lot versions of firmwares. I dont delete or format my M6SL any more because when I plug player, it doesnt appeares My Computer window. Now help please

I say you might need to use DFU tools.
