I am a computer illiterate so I am going to need a lot of help. My m6 failed and had the green screen saying green screen problem No Resource! Please Upgrade Resource. I uploaded the new firm ware and then cut a and pasted it to the player. I then turned it off and now it will not turn back on. HELP ME Please
