Meizu M6 not recognized on computer

So I've had my Meizu M6 for about a year and a half now. I've recently took it out to use again, and plugged it into my computer. It charges, but the Meizu itself is not being detected in my computer. No new USB drive pops out. What can I do?

If you cannot turn the player on (the M6 has to be powered on before connecting), press and hold both Power and Menu button while connecting to the PC.

If it shows up as a DFU device on your computer, it must be a software problem (or the battery is completely dead).


If the player is turned on and not detected, you can try it with a different USB port and cable (no USB-hub).
