Random algorithm

Hi,

I wonder if there's an algorithm behind the "random" playing. When I play my 1300 songs, it happens often that the "random" player selects consecutive songs from the same album or artist. What are your thoughts about that ?

The "random" play is a weak spot of the M6. You'll need to press the "next" button every now and then to get a new selection.
If you want a better random play you could create some playlists with a progam like Random Playlist Creator.
