m6 SL only recognizing EXACT half of the files

hey guys,
i tried the search function, but unfortunately found no solution for my problem

my m6 sl only recognizes half of the files on it, it will stop updating music library at 50% with pin-point accuracy at the same song, every time

also when i try to upgrade software it shows "upgrading software", then the screen turns black - player obviously turns itself off

after pressing play to turn on again, it continues with updating resource, and keeps on doing music library updates to 50% as ever...

maybe anyone had this before?

just tried to format, it is the same as with updating fw

i come to yellow screen, and at the same moment it says "formatting", the player immediately turns off

jfyi player works otherwise fine with the music on it

What kind of format(s) are your music encoded? (mp3, flac, ape..)

check following thats mention bellow.

1. Suitable Firmware for your player.

2.Backup your music file into your pc and Delete your existing music folder in miniplayer and create new music folder and restore backup from your pc.


4. or try law level format
