M6 SP randomly shuts itself down while playing, reloads library

This problem suddenly came up a week ago after having used the M6 for around 1.5years without any problems.
The player keeps suddenly turning itself off. I have to manually turn it back on and every time it has to reload the library.
This doesn't happen after a song, but mostly during a running song.

Another thing that also seems strange to me is, that when I unplug the player after having charged it, it also reloads the whole library, even though the player was turned off while being charged.

Sorry if this was asked before.

Is the sleep timer in "options" set to off?
If the player was charged and updating the library, this is a normal procedure but some find this annoying.

The only thing I can think off that could cause this, might be the files you playing. Have you recently check them for errors?
Also try refresh the firmware by do a reinstall. Sometimes it fix such problem for people but not always.

i have exatly the same problem, reinstalling didn't help. could you resolve the problem?
