    This gets you to think a bit, are they Apple Biased?
    If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

    You have to admit for the most part, Apple has developed the easiest, feature packed, and mostly trouble free smartphone that you can get in the US. The only biggest cons are proprietary garbage, non-expandable, and battery life really...

    For sure Apple has very nice products and the iphone is top...its just the price and apple politics that sucks!

    You do have to give them that...but look at other phones, they all have an average of 3 dots/stars in most categories, and Apple landed a full 5 on all but battery life.

    But you do have to wonder how they measure "Overall Satisfaction" though. That is a highly subjective rating factor. Technically they are rating the company and not the products though, afaik, apple only has 2 phones in their lineup lol.
