Locked Up! Need Help!

I was listening to an audio book on my player and when I went to increase the volume, the whole thing locked up. I have been using is with no problems and this is the first problem I have had. I thought at first the battery needed to be recharged, but it won't turn off, go to menu or do anything at all, I plugged it in to recharge thinking that perhaps it didn't have enough 'juice' to even shut down, but it won't even register being plugged in either on the player or the computer. Any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the MeizuMe forums. All you need to do is to hold down the return (Button on the bottom of the touchstrip) button for a minute, and it should be all set. Hope this helps.

Thanks! That worked. Everything I read said to hold it down for 10 seconds so I even held it for up to 30 before giving up. It finally reset at about 50 seconds. Thanks!
