What do you mean flash player?
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

Well the iPhone technically has Youtube support, which runns off of Adobe Flash.

Not really, the videos have to be converted into the iPhone OS's native format, H.264 in order to view them. Lots of flash heavy pages would also benefit from this feature.
