Scratched Video Screen

I dropped my meizu mini-player onto a sandy hardwood floor. Now it has some *very* deep scratches on the screen. Each grain of sand caused a deep horizontal groove across the screen. It's terribly distracting.
I've googled for info on how to get rid of the scratches, but all I seem to find is info on how to remove scratches from the case, not the actual screen. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would be interested in this as well. I never even dropped my Meizu and it ended up getting a slight scratch in the middle of the video screen that - like you say - is quite distracting. The Meizu screens actually scratch quite easily, which is a downside.
