Convert Microsoft Works Word Processor files to .txt files trouble

Hello, I tried to find Lrc lyrics to my songs but I barelly can find anywhere on the net the stuff for reading my lyrics so i thought i would content with reading them and scroll them down without them coming on time like lrc files would do. I used the Microsoft Works Word Processor and pasted them in my meizu ebook but cant open them on meizu. What should i do with the Microsoft Works Word Processor files to be able to read them on the meizu ?
