w100 mobile or watch?

I'm a Meizu fan, and I was waiting for M8 to have a good mobile phone and a good mp3/4 reader all in one without spend too many moneys (n85 nokia?).
But now I see that exist a watch/mobile called w100.
And I'm thinking could be good for me.
2 batteries, stereo bluetooth, good price (200$),
did you listen about it?
what do you think?
