    Meizu for odd conditions

    Hello,

I am a skydiver and plan on purchasing a Meizu M6 for listening to in freefall. I require a neck strap attachment (so I can tuck the unit under my jumpsuit) and preferably tough case for the rare sh*tty landing when flying my canopy.

Is there such an accessory available?

    Thanks,

    Ken

I guess you can purchase any neck strap and attach it to M6. It has a proper place for it:

Sorry for going off topic, but imagine how awesome it would be with a video of someone holding a Meizu player, listening to it and skydiving at the same time.
Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Yeah the noise of free-fall is damaging to your hearing over time so lots of people wear ear-plugs or shuffles with Shure headphones. I never crank up the music too loud though because I have a backup altimeter thats against my right ear. At 5000 it beeps and just gets louder and louder if it detects I haven't deployed my parachute. I will try to get a photo of me on the on the plane with it before I exit But I gotta keep it tucked in during FF

Been reading as much as I can on the meizu m6 and I think I am ready to buy. iTunes just pisses me off so much, I've decided never to give Apple another penny. That and I have everything archived in FLAC and will just convert them to OGG for playback (and to save space) on the Meizu.

    Thanks guys.

well i've used it while biking in a very bad rain storm.. it was in is leather case but water still got in a over it and nothing went wrong with it so thats a pretty odd condition.

Just ordered a black 4 gig m6, can't wait! Now I just need to find an armband for jogging and that crystal case necklace for skydiving. Once again, thanks guys for all the info!

would you ask to Meizu engineers to add a parachute into M8... a small one of course in case of emergencies.
