Dane-Elec being sued by Sandisk
Dane-Elec is being sued by SanDisk, as well as 24 other companies for patent infringements on everything from flash sticks, memory and MP3 players.

The list is staggering!

The way your post is worded it sounded as if Dane-Elec was being sued by Sandisk and 24 other companies, not "Dane-Elec as well as 24 other companies being sued by San-Disk".
