Do I understand it correctly if I say you all have a Dane-elec miniplayer and upgraded it with official firmware?

No, you are not understanding correctly.
I believe marcelo was1251 answering explicitly to your only question, (with the first sentence being a statement) "What if you upgrade a NON dane-elec player(meizu m6) with firmware, do you lose warranty?", which makes me have a slightly hard time figuring out how you confuse "NON dane-elec player(meizu m6)" with "Dane-elec miniplayer".
Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

i read that you won't loose anything, if the upgrade is well done and if you have no problem resulting from the upgrade... Dane Elec or not
