What storage capacity would you want your M8 in?

Personally, I think that 8GB is enough for music, photos and some data.

I don't want the M8, I'm satisfied with my M6 (8GB is plenty, after that, it's just for the sake of having, you won't even listen/watch half of what you have!).

Seriously, I owned a 40gb iPod for about six months. I filled up about 15gb worth and didn't listen to a third of what was on there!

16 GB. You can never have enough memory. You may find a limit what you would use if you only want to store mp3s on it. OR pictures. OR some data for work/study etc. But if you want everything and movies .... 16 GB would be nice, and if I could get more I would take more

personally i'd love a 16gb. This would mean I could have 10gb of tunes and 6gb of video. Couple of films a good few tv series episodes and enough music to not have to change shit that often. If it also came with usb otg then I would probably go nuts. It's true though you can never have enough space!

if it supports SD card than 4GB will be suffice. Cheap and effective.
    Current Rigs:
    8GB iAudio 7 > Not in use
    4GB + 32GB iAudio D2 > Alessandro MS-Pro
Sony MZ-NH1 > Headroom Total Bithead > Grado Labs PS-1
    2GB Meizu M6 T1 > Not in use
    8GB iPod Touch 2G > Shure SE530

I have plenty of space with my 8GB M6.

And I'm never too far away from a computer to be able to transfer extra stuff.
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.

    m8 memory capacity

well for videos on the m6 even 8gb is a little under...
on the m8 16gb would definitely be req. as video files would be larger because of the higher fps and higher resolution.. thats if you have a large enough collection and a library greater than 20gb of music on your computer. but if you are patient enough you can hold it out until the m8 has a reliable OS & flash memory technology becomes cheaper that you could buy yourself an m8 beyond the capacity of 16gb.

can't wait for it, no matter if I've bought two new phones in the past month :D
Internet has an answer for every question out there, not likely to be always the answer you're looking for.

I couldn't agree with this post more. I think that I would be totally happy with an 8gb unit but I would definitely prefer the 16gb unit (depending on the price jump of course). I find myself looking at Meizu M8 info EVERY DAY!! I have actually never found a portable device that would totally satisfy my needs so I am one of th eonly people left on the planet that has never actually OWNED a pmp device (or a pda for that matter). I have been on my way to a checkout counter with an Archos 604 wifi but I decided that I did not want 14 different devices that I would use on a daily basis. I have been waiting patiently for a device with plenty of storage that was a PDA, phone, PMP, and a GPS device (hopefully that will be in the final specs of the M8). I am pretty sure that this device gets me everything that I could ask for and I am totally pumped about it. I would like to get the 16GB version but I think I am buying whatever I can get my hands on ASAP!! M8 ftw
