Hello! I'm James. Some of you might remember me when the MeizuMe forums were first getting off the ground and I was known as "Crimson_Lotus". back then I worked on graphics and a custom firmware for the M6. I kinda slinked away and began doing some graphics for amateur game designers and moderating ZuneMax.com. Recently, I have been getting back into some weird jive I seem to have with the M6 in which I find them totally awesome, but haven't brought myself to buy one. Since the M8 was announced and I kinda decided to drop in and see how the M6 has been. I like the new look of the M3, although, I would've liked to see some kind of an effort to differ itself from the Nano. The M6 itself has a distinguished look, although still borrowing some design cues. That's all for now.

I'm sofware developer and I love the all the gadgets
I like to listen only Classical Music (Baroque & Classic periods).

I just ordered a 4gb White Meizu M6 from Wallgreens and now I'm waiting for its arrival. Personally I'm into webdesign and interfaces so who knows might contribute some skins for the m6. And if somehow someday the Meizu supports Flash, I'm going to hop on that, make some games and stuff.

Picked up a Meziu 2 months ago and loved so much,I picked up 2 more!!!
I do have a lot of electronic's but this far stands out.

The Meziu (flow or water) in hawaiian the word flow means kahawai or ua.Just wanted to shoot that out there.

This forum helped alot.

Hey, Tyler here, from Long Island, NY.
I heard about the M6 on engadget or something, always wanted it for its many features, lower price, and firmware customizability.
I started off hacking iPods, then I threw linux on my XBOX, my wireless router, and I'm starting up a service called Linuxify -- Just drop off your electronics and we'll put linux, or any other firmware you want on it. I'm gonna try getting detailed specs of the M6 (CPU type, I/O controllers, etc.) and see if it's even feasible to port Rockbox to it. Rockbox ain't linux, but its still an open-source music player. Also, I need a good MP3/video player until I get a few 2GB miniSD chips for my HTC Wizard/Cingular 8125. I call it the THC Sorcerer, because it's magic! Pure, evil magic.....

I'm new to this community. I've just discover Meizu mini player. I'm thinking about getting the 4g miniplayer, but don't know where should I start looking for a good deal. I'm also looking forward to the minione touch screen cell phone. I live in San Francisco California, will the phone works here? I will be switching to Cingular next month. Hopefully it will works good with 3G network. I look forward to hear from everybody.... I think Meizu is on its way to something big here. Keep up the good works. Thanks

I discovered Meizu by incident, when searching for a Ogg Vorbis capable player. When I saw the M6, I was immediately sold. Not only did it have Ogg support, it also played FLAC and xvid!
