Meizu in China

Hey,
I'm going to China through Hong Kong and was considering purchasing a Meizu m6 for my son. My schedule is extremely tight and will not have many opportunities to buy it. Is there a store that stocks these in the Hong Kong airport, Beijing airport, xi'an airport, shanghai airport or on Nanjing Road in Shanghai.

Don't know about the airports, but the department stores in Nanjing East road definitely have them. I came back about 2 months ago from there. Good price too (better then ebay).

Any specific stores along Nanjing?

Don't know name. Just the large department stores, the electrical level should have it. Look around... there are heaps of department stores there.

How about in any of the airports, as I may not have time to look around on Nanjing road..it's huge! Thanks for the help.

Not sure. There could be, just look for the electronics section or ask the staff. I am not from China so I cannot give you 100%-certain answers.

I don't think you can by it near the airports.You can find it easily in every "Computer City"(a shopping mall sells computers and digital products)in every city.

As my source said, Hong Kong Inernational Airport has a duty free that sells Meizu M6, but freaking expensive (doing hkd$1800 - more then US$220 for 4Gb SP).
Compare at RMB699 in China or hkd$700-ish in Hong Kong stores.

But seems like you will stay at Shanghai for a while, I prefer you get one there.

if you are at Nanjing lu in Shanghai, you should go to Huai Hai zhong lu not far from there.
To go there: take the metro line 1 and stop at Huangpi station exit number 2 (it is one stop after people square).

Cross the main street, it is just on the corner. There is a big electronic market and they sell there plenty of Meizu

4 Go Meizu = +/- 600 rmb (around US$ 75)

I thought that a 4GB M6 costed 699 rmb in china? :P
