Meizu... Update me.

I was around a while ago when I made a custom firmware for the Meizu M6. I am wondering about how much has changed with the M6 and Meizu after its release. When I first came here, there was no album art support for the M6 and only a few people actually had them. How easy is it to make firmwares for the M6 and the new M3? Also, what are some cool additions that have happened to the M6 over its lifetime so far? Anything?

I think you better just read the firmware updates
it would take way too long to write everything here that has already been written on this forum

the M6 has improved significantly on pretty much all points.. that would be the summary

Sounds great! Is there a single place where the histories of each update are stored? Or should I just look through the posts?

well depending on what firmware was the last you used or knew about you can read up since then

there are really too many changes to list here
most noticeable:
- Different sound setting
- higher frame rate for vids
- longer battery life
- better controls
- much more stable player
- GUI tweaks
- more options like album art, animated gifs etc

they come out every 2 months or so with new firmware so things change rather fast
