Meizu M9 WCDMA?

Hi!
I'm new on this forum and I'm interesed in Meizu M9. I been searching the web but still I need someone to answer my question.
Will the Meizu M9 have WCDMA, the one that they say will be released in october or do ww need to wait for M9w(?) to be realesed that will have WCDMA?

Also, will the 4" Meizu M9 be released one year later?

I know, I know, the information that have been released isn't 100% that will happend
