    cherché tradiction en français

    Salut !

so much about my french ...

I am looking for somebody who can translate BatMan to français. You will be credited in the main menu !
BatMan is a multi-format video converter that I have written especially for Meizu M3 and M6. If you're interested, let me know.

Merci beaucoup pour Écouter vive la France !

Hi ! That's very easy, just download the program, go to its install path %ProgramFiles%\Batman\languages.
    There you copy
    en.bat
    and en_about.txt to
    fr.bat and fr_about.txt

Then translate these 2 files until you're happy with it. You can directly check in the program if everything went alright. Double-click on the BatMan icon to invoke the language selection.

Note that special characters like accents do not get displayed correctly until the files are converted from ASCII to ANSI (I will do that for you if you don't know how).
When you're happy, send the files to me and I'll check them in
    Merci !

PS : this translation is very good !! Thanks a lot !

    -----------------------------------------

The size of the help file was quite impressive but hey, I have spare time at the moment...

I like BatMan a lot, maybe it lacks a more user-friendly interface, why not try making one with gtk (or even .net, would be simpler) ? Nice project anyway ! Good luck !

there is a simple reason why I didn't make a "real" graphical user interface.
It all began when I wanted to convert some seasons of Southpark, and the only viable program at that time for me was Loli's converter. After a while of pointing, clicking, and exploring I got p*** off ... there was no drag and drop and no multiple file / batch support.
So I thought to myself - hey there must be an easy way to make it myself, and I started to play around with mencoder, finally made a "3 liner" and .. voila ... BatMan was born.
Then I realized it would be cool to have different qualities, and I copied the batch 5 times with different values ;-)
Next came a menu, then dvd ripping, etc. I couldn't stop ... and now it would be an enormous effort to go back and do it all again with a graphical interface. And I don't see the benefit of it at the moment, everything seems to work, the only thing I admit that is a bit bulky, is the usage of special commands. Clicking would be cooler, but hey. We have it, let's (ab-)use it :D
