Read the FAQ please: Link

Try it with these steps:

Reset the Player:

Press and hold the Enter button for about 10 seconds or until screen flashes. miniPlayer will shut down automatically. You can proceed to turn the player on again.

Perform a Hard Reset:

Press and hold the ON/OFF and the “>>|” buttons together and until player turns OFF itself. All data will be lost.

Perform a Memory Cleanup:

Press and hold the ON/OFF and the “|<<” buttons together and until player turns OFF itself. You will need to load firmware files before this.

Can you charge it?
Start by charging it for a while.
Then try again.

If noting else works try DFU tools, se FAQ.
Seems that any software problem can be solved by user.

1. Download and extract the *.rar file with M6.EBN and resource.bin files.
2. Plug in your miniplayer under USB mode and copy and paste both of these files into the root directory of your miniplayer.
3. Unplug the miniplayer and turn it off. Turn it back on, and wait for it to finish upgrading.
4. When it has finished upgrading, it will turn itself off and then back on, and you should see a weird green screen, that says "No Resource File". Don't panick.
5. Plug in your miniplayer turned on again, and re-copy the resource.bin file into the root directory of your miniplayer. Unplug your miniplayer and turn the player off and on again.
6. It should say it is upgrading again, and after that, it should all work.
7. Try out one of NDee's skins to reward yourself

BTW I believe that I have posted this same procedure somewhere but I always can't seem to find my own posts LOL.

Oh BTW, make sure your firmware matches your player (TP, SP, Dane-Elec). Otherwise you will appear on this forum more and more

Hello,

I'm new here. Should get my M6 tomorrow and want to know how I can recognize if it is a SP or a Dane-Elec? How can I tell and is there a difference? I want FM and garantee....

I,m from Holland and bought mine at Pixmania.nl. Does anybody know the answer?

Many thanks!

nettie u can see your version on the backside of your player. Dane Elec is no version its a firmwire without radio and with a volume regulation. U can ubgrade it without any problems with the official Meizu firmwire.

Sorry for this bad english i am quite drunk
