Language in resource but not on meizu?

Hello all

I wanted to make a dutch translation for the Meizu M6 SL, but to my surprise, when I opened the latest resource.bin in the ResEditor, it appears that the firmware already contains Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, Hebrew, Hungary, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Polish, Portugese, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Vietnamese.
I only quickly checked the Dutch translation, it appears OK, However, when I flash my Meizu with it, only Chinese (two versions) and English show up. I viewed resource.bin in a Hex editor, I was able to see that it did contain the Dutch translation. Why isn't the Meizu showing these languages, and how do I make it show? Is there maybe some kind of flag I need to switch?

I'm pretty sure the flashing went OK, because replacing the startup image worked fine. Also checked my modified resouce.bin with the Hex editor, also had the Dutch translation in it.

They are not and can not be enabled as of now.

We can enable a language by swapping its position with English. For example, the language is at position 8 (English is at position 6 or 7 I don't remember clearly), then we should swap ALL string resources of position 6 and 8.

By "position" I mean the order that the language appears in the string resource files.
