Firmware for T1 question

Hi all, I have one of the early M6s, the T1 model. I have not upgraded the firmware since shortly after I got it, I still have the 1.007 firmware on it, I believe.

Am I safe to upgrade the firmware in one grand push to the latest and greatest, or should I go to the Meizu site and get some of the older ones and do it in steps?

Also, I assume I need the TP version of the firmware, correct?

I did search around the forums for answers, but didn't find anything on point. Maybe I just didn't search hard enough.

Hi,
I also have one of the first T (Toshiba) versions. I don't think that there are problems when you upgrade your firmware to newest one besides that you have to save your files because the upgrade will format the player. With the T version you have to choose the TP firmware.
