    Album Art?

Hi, I have a Miniplayer M6 SP version that I recently upgraded to firmware version 2.004.5. This was the first firmware update that I ever did, I went all the way from version 1 to 2.004.5

I was wondering how to get album art to appear? I've tried to sync the music using WMP 11. There is also no /ALBUM folder on my Miniplayer to put the album images in.

    Could someone please help?

    Thanks.

hello you should do like this
    -Meizu\MUSIC\Artist\Album.jpg
the name of the album will be exactly the same of the image and you should drop the image in the album folder
if you understand french i've do a thread to explain this.
    for example:Meizu\MUSIC\Eminem\the eminem show.jpg\the eminem show.jpg
use this program to tag your mp3 or wma First you should tag the album and the artist
    Mp3tag - Download
sorry for my bad english it's possible to appear album art just with mp3 and wma.

i just place the file in the same folder as my music, and make sure the filename = the album name
for example: the album title = "top100" (this album title is found in the id3 tag of your music),
i place the file top100.jpg in the same folder as my songs

    hope you understand it now...

Using this method too with image size of 250*250 pixel, work nicely
any other size will also work too

i read somwhere that the ideal image size = 64 x 64 pixel,
becouse it takes less space and thats the exact resolution the image is shown in, so it loads faster and does not have to scale down.

Yeah maybe, I have read somewhere that 80 x 80 should be enough.
But just take that size you want. 250 x 250 is just my personally resolution.

i tried it once with a 2MB jpg file, and it took several seconds before my song would start playing, thats when i resized my images and it went a lot faster.
so: my advice is not to put extremely large images

150x150,200x200 or 500x500 no problem with that resolution

Make sure that you have the USB mode set to MTP and if you sync through Windows Media Player it should work fine. I think that most problems people have with album art is that they sync when the USB mode is set to MSC.

i never use windows media player, and all my album art is working, you just put a picture with the exact same name as the album title from the music its id3 tag, in the same folder as the music and it works.
