Can i change the showing picture-size in my resource?

Hi! I´m making a resource for my M6, but i have a problem.
When i´m changing picture 543 (the meizu loading-picture) to an other picture with a higher resolution (200x200) it only shows a part of the picture with the same size as the old picture (180x48). Can i change the showing size somewhere?

You can only use the original image sizes...why would you want to make it bigger?

I wants a text effect on it, and it is too big for the small picture size.
