Play/Stop Button doesn't work

Hello,
Since I have upgrade my Meizu for the 1.0.10.firmware, The play stop button doesn't work, but I can power my player but not shut off. I have to reset my meizu to shut off it (10 seconds on the enter button)
I have use DFU, but no way;
Anybody has a answer to this problem?

The player does function normally though?

weird, usually this type of problem is associated with physical means of damage, such as the actual switch is damaged, however, yours is to do with the software...
