I'll repeat myself in a previous post, but is also what the Meizu person confirm in his answer in the paragraph that started
Firstly, the decoder has two ways to decode...
A PC decoder is capable to manage and compensate minor errors in MP3 encoded (some old encoders or small failures), also is capable to manage extra information added in tags. Most DAP decoders of other brand are capable to do this too... only Meizu CPU chip SA58700X07 in combination with Philips audio decoder UDA1380TT isn't capable to manage some of this failures and send them as stutters.
I think that this combination have some problem in design.
