problems with new firmware SP version

okay so i unzipped everything, put it into the root.. then i get the green screen and then it changed to this black screen after i put the cable in.. i think i messed up on this? so now i have this black screen with a gray toolbar in the top.. my computer doesnt even recognize my player when i put the cable in..

so how do i get the firmware uploaded again and get rid of this blackscreen with gray line at the top?
