    Low volume after 2.003.2

I just received my 4gb miniplayer from Newegg. Sounded great - loud also.
Upgraded firmware from dane elec. Had 2.003.2 before update, have 2.003.2 after update?? Now volume limit is 35 instead of 40, also does not sound near as loud and sounds somewhat distorted if you turn the volume way up. Is there a way to go back or is there another firmware that will fix this?

dane elec always had this limitation - get the original fw. You might also have noticed that your fm radio has gone ;-)

Here you can find the original Meizu firmware, with FM radio and without the volume limitation:

Thanks, but do I need the SP or TP firmware. My unit from Newegg just says 4gb miniplayer. I assume mine is what they refer to as M6 Miniplayer SL??

See your Meizu's serial number on the back:
    TP: M6TP...
    SP: M6SP...
SL: M6SL... (I don't know...) but it is slim...
TP version is older than SP, my Dane-Elec Meizu is SP.

Here's My Player. I circled where the SP, TP or SL model should be in red.
