If I want to change the font of traditional Chinese, how can i know the hex code of the range of characters??

For Chinese traditional, you need font installed in your windows to be for Chinese traditional, and the name (in font folder's properties) in English. Range for Chinese traditional:
0x4e00 0x9fa5Meizu M8 MiniOne
