calibration screen.

sometimes i get a calibration screen come up displaying an error what does this mean and how do i sort it out and set it correctly.Theres a little light that lights up when i touch the pad but i aint sure what i am doing or where to set it.:eek: :eek:

The calibration screen is a function used to recalibrate the touchpad in case of problems and is activated by hold-pressing the enter key.

so how do i set it or does it matter.whatevr i set it at it doesnt seem to effect the player. thanks for the quick response

as long as the green light(square on screen) shows youre ok
just press the Enter button and youre done
there are no "settings"here.. the numers you see on screen while moving your fingers overthe touchpad are more like test-coordinates...

just slide uo and down, verifiy teh green thimgy, push enter and youre done
you only have to do that if the touch pad is screwy though...

How do I fix it if my calibration is messed up? My touch screen is totally off and almost does not seem to work at all! Every now and then it works but 90% of the time its going through the menu repeatedly and I can not change any settings throughout the player

I think you mean tactile strip/touch pad, but if you have a miniPlayer SP/TP, hold the enter button while playing a song, and then let go of the touch pad and press play.
