Random playing and stopping of player

Ok, first of all: I don't know whether this 'bug' has been reported before. But I'm experiencing this since I have my sweet M6 player for about 4 weeks.

I have a playlist with an x-number of songs. I'm playing them in random order and the repeat mode is off. On random moments, after a track has finished playing, the player goes to the stop mode. I noticed that the new track was already loaded (i.e. the track's info is displayed), but the player is - as mentioned - in the stop mode. After clicking on the play button, the player starts again playing the loaded track.

The bug really starts to irritate me . I know this belongs to the firmware 'request' topic, but not always regenerating the music library would also avoid some annoying points of the player :D.

Furthermore: keep up the good work people at Meizu and Meizu Me!

Yes I have noticed this too. It just randomly stops after a song, and the player shuts off if I don't notice there is no song You'll have to press play or FF to resume playlist...

As far as I know, mine has just shut off at random. I would be listening to music, a song ends, then silence. I check less than 30 seconds later, less time than when auto shutoff kicks in, and the player is already off, and it really pisses me off. It's happened at least 15 times in the 6 months I had it, and with only an hour or so a day listening to music (sometimes more, sometimes less).

Oh, I have an issue with random, too. Random is hardly random at all. I have 680 songs loaded onto my player, and hear the same song 3 times in one day sometimes, and quite often, I hear things like one song, then within a few songs later, another version of the same song from a different folder, and things like this: hear a song from one folder, then hear a song from another folder, then hear another song from the previous folder, etc. Things like a definite pattern. I hear way too many coincidences like randomly selecting the very next song, to selecting a different version of the same song, to selecting songs back and forth between a couple different folders, and selecting the same song multiple times in the same day and never selecting some of the songs yet.

^^true that, random play isn't random at all. Got the same problem.

Forgot to tell that in my initial post too :D. Random is really random , however, I hear the same song (in let's say a 30 file directory) more then once in 10 minutes.

I'd propose to generate a random playlist with each number only listed once, when playing the first file in the playlist or something.

Ive had this happen a handful of times, sometime the player can play for 20 hrs constant, other it will shut off at a random point after a song is done.

Exactly the same, only the player does not shut off, it just stops playing. After pressing the play/pause button it goes on however. It's always at the start of a song, must be a bug in the load-mechanism. Luckily it doesn't happen that often.

What's the change that this will be fixed in a future firmware?

I was actually thinking of finding some kind of random playlist generator that you just stick tracks into and hit random and it shuffles them around randomly. There's gotta be one out there in this day and age.
