After install skin ... then for the 1st time, M6 screw up and reformat itself

Man.. i was using the M6 for nearly 1 year now.. upgrade down grade firmware with no problem.

There is a bug with 2003.2 which causes freezes when disconnect from recharge or connect to computer.

1 day, after remove from recharge ( not in USb mode).. my HOld button is on... i press play button to turn it on. . it turns to green screen and reformat... i was like WtF. Then everything is gone. My library of 1.3 gb of music vid is gone. Man i don't feel like put all my videos back into the player again. I should make a backup of my videos.

Well, the format does a good clean up, I have to load new music in there.

Ouch... but that seems weird... HOLD on + PLAY button = FORMAT? ....LOL

That should not happen at all. Are you sure you were not also holding down the Rewind/Previous button when you pressed the play button? Reason I ask is that is the sequence for the formatting process.

A few minutes later...

Didn't get a chance to finish before I decided to backup my music and give it a go. Could not make it happen. Was running stock resource.bin file though at the time. It comes up that the Hold switch is on and it is shutting back down. This was done from a power off state.
