V1.010 Firmware update... HELP

Hi guys,

i bought a M6 SP and i tried to update the firmware to the V1.010 version... but it seemed that it failed somewhere
i downloaded the firmware for the sp version, and copy the files to the root of my m6. everything was as it was explained on the FAQ (reboot and format). as it formated the player, i had to copy the resource.bin file again to the root, and the problems started from here. my m6 is blocked on this " No resource! Please upgrade resource again" green screen. but i couldn't copied the file cuz windows xp says 'file or folder broken and unreadable' (sorry i translate from French). tried several times but couldn't copy or replace the file. and my computer still doesn't recognize my m6.
so i tried a reset, and then a hard reset. and then at last try to reconnect my M6 to my computer with DFU tools. but nothing worked. did everything explained on the FAQ section but impossible to install the driver. and my pc still doesn't recognize my m6.

can anybody help me please !!!

I have the same problem, but it only started as I tried to initialize the operating system by clicking and holding the previous key, and the power button. Then it shut off, and when I turned it back on again, the green screen appeared the said, "No Resource! Please Upgrade Resource Again!" Have you tried to plug it into your computer? I have, and instead of the USB sign coming up, only a thin blue stripe was at the top. I really need help too!

Help Please

How do i do a reset? When i press the power button all that happens is a white screen appears untill i let off the button. I tried holding down the menu button for about 15 seconds and also tried the same with the play button. Because it won't turn on, the computer dosn't recognize "removable disk" so i cant even attempt to load any firmware. I didn't realize what the difference for sp or tp update was, so i may have installed the wrong one. Unfortunatley i went out and bought a nano... but would reallly like to get my m6 back up and running.

Where on the back of the m6 does it say sp or tp?

Any ideas how i could try to get the m6 running again? Or at least hooked up to the Computer? Maybe some type of reset i dont know how to do?

I've done all of the other Firmware updates and had no problem. This is the first.

Reset: hold down for about 15 second "Enter" key.
Format memory: press and hold >> and press and hold Power On
Low Level Format: press and hold << and press and hold Power On. Then, you must reload resource.bin again.

If you have TP or SP you can discover on back of your player - look at serial number - on the 3rd position is S or T.
