Help Can Not Update Bin

please could someone help. updated my m6 sp to lastest firmware which i have done before, no problems.But this time my player turns on saying resource file error load again & when i try to load it back on the player it keeps coming up corrupt. I have download it from the internet again but still have no luck. I have tried dfu but have no instructions. When miniplayer is connected to the computer & open program all you get is failed to load m6 ebn. file anybody have any ideas

did you use M6.EBM and resource.bin, or only the resource.bin file?

format your player while its in the pc and then load on resource.bin onto it - maby your memory is corrupted.
