I have my Miniplayer synced with wmp11(MTP) autoplaylist since that is how you get the music onto the M6 via WMP11. I have three playlists showing up on the M6, but when I try to play any playlist (<Enter> at the playlist) it does not play and the M6 becomes nonresponsive(just will click when button is pressed but is frozen) and I have to soft reboot to get the player back, which has to update database. I can listen to music via the other choices(Album, Artist, etc) - Playlists just don't work.
Anyone else come across this problem?
thanks

To my knowledge it only reads .m3u playlist files. What extension are your playlist files?

I've experienced this on my 2GB M6 in WMP. The M6 itself was on MTP mode. It took various reset attempts to bring it back to life.
I've since switched to MediaMonkey on plain ol' USB mode. It syncs flawlessly and puts .m3u playlists in it's right place. It's a bit slower than WMP, but it does not hang the M6.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Poststhis is a problem...i have tried both wmp 10 and 11 and it will not play playlists it just hangs(i only use mtp mode)...i have long playlists of about 70 songs each and it will not work....i have emailed meizu sales at the meizu china site you should do the same...the more direct complaints the better....this is a known problem and they should get fixed...
if they had genre support you could build playlists by changing the genre names etc. but they have taken no action on this problem either....
please email meizu

True. I would've rather stayed with WMP. However using it in USB mode became a chore. That's why I switched to Media Monkey. It shaved two or three steps I used to do in WMP to sync my music.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsThis problem is not limited to WMP created playlists. I built a playlist using nothing but the M6 containing about 200 or so tracks then saved it. Everytime I try to play the playlist it locks my M6 and I have to soft-reset. Again, this is a playlist created completely standalone on the M6.
I'll try rebuilding the same playlist in MM when I get home and post my results.
