Empty Harddisk?

PLEASE HELP!!! I have just bought M6 8.gb. But now after 2.days when i try to connect the player to my mac, was the player totally empty? "No folders" What can i do? Sorry for my bad english

Does the player itself show any files?

Maybe try telling it to reformat itself! (see manual - i can't remember exact instructions, and would not want to confuse you).

i dont know why, but the player was in chinesse language when i unplugged it. And when i plugged it back on, all my folders was back Strange? But after a couple of minutes was i back to english language..

Still glad for this little gadget. 5 Stars ....

happened to me several times too

plugged to my powerbook, copied files, unplugged, plugged again --> COMPLETELY EMPTY

must unplug, turn off, and on again and plug again and system folders were back again...but no mp3 files.

any language changing for me

any help?

PS: happening with osx only? (ppc by my side)
