Stuck at updating disc info

I've got my meizu m6 8gb sp from china yesterday ( I live in Europe ). I've upgraded the firmware to the 2002.3(from the main meizu site). I've checked if it played well with the music it was sent with(some default songs probably by producer but not sure) and it was okay but after instaling my music - Copied it like on normal ums player it got stuck at the updating disc info screen( with mini player logo above).

I think there may be 2 reasons for it. One is that i may have put wrong type of files into music folder and the other is that I forgot to use the update music library.

Now I can softreset it but can't hard reset it(the one with next and one with prev buttons + on/off) ( Maybe becasue I've on it quite a lot of data and erasing would be some time - no idea) and my computer is recognising that something is connected to it but there is a connection error ( and ! sign in the device manager)

Any ideas what should I do?

the same problem was happend on my m6,but i repaired by DFU.

Thx for the info but meizu got apparently scared of the DFU and when I was giving it one last try for hard reset before using dfu it worked. Everything workes fine now.
