How to resize the photo in resource?

I use resource editor to open the bin file.
Load the new pic that I prefer. But it seems that the original size can't be changed. And of course it make the new one become distortion.
Who can't tell me how to change that? thks a lot.

But I've saw many picture in the resource file that u guy's made having the different size from the original resource file of MeiZU, how can u do that ?
What kind of software tool u are using to made ur own resource?
