Let's make it more interesting.

At the end of each month, the two users that have the greatest amount of reputation points get upgraded to Valued Member. This is much more fair than the current selection method.

hmm.. would it be possible to read the comments that people have made when adding to the reputation of other members? :D just a thought.

or if that's too embarrassing, then at least we should be able to read what others have written about us when they add to our reputation. what do you guys think?
