Exclamation Video lock up problem (forgive if this is wrong board)

Ok I have had my MEizu M6 for like a week now. ove every thing about it except the lack of play back in the videos but yadda yadda ya not the reason why i am posting.
I was converting videos earlier today to put on my mini player and adding them on there of course.
I converted a real media 4 file ( which shouldn't be part of the problem but I am listing every thing) into he AVI files that it converts it to . Put it on there etc...
So I am watching my video and about 6 minutes into it the quality starts to degrade ad the video progresses. Eventually it just completely locks up!
Now its locked up on the pause screen of the video the sound coming from the ear buds is making a terrible grinding like noise and it wont turn off and I have tried every thing ( I think ) and it wont hook up to the PC or any thing. The only thin I can think of it to just let it run locked up and on that noise tilll the battery runs out?

Any ideas?

EDIT: I am sorry I didn't see the techicle board before I posted, move thread maybe?

I'll be damned, I held it down for a few seconds and nothing happened earlier, I didn't know I had to hold it down that long lol It worked thanks.

I used the converter that the Meizu Disc that comes with the mini player had.
Would it be safe to say take that video off? lol

Thanks

I have videos that are like that too. Take it off. Remember:

1. You need to leave some space (around 20 to 30MB) for video caching or else your videos won't play.

2. Soft reset fixes a lot of things. Don't try hard reset or even DFU tools unless its the last resort (I have never done either of those things since I had M6 1.5 years ago)
