I've been thinking that Meizume needs a wikipedia page for a while now. I think now is the perfect time to start one as a tribute to this great site. I need all the info about this site as possible and as much help as well. I just hope I do a better job than I did with editing the Meizu page on wikipedia...I just didn't have enough info

I am not an wiki professional, but if I am not mistaken, you'll need a good explaination, why MeizuMe should be worth a Wikipedia Entry... and frankly said: I do not believe that it will make it into wikipedia, because it's not really anything of importance (or did you ever see any other forum there?)

But perhaps it's possible to add some passages in the articles conserning the M6/M3/M8

I think it doesn't really matter. Remember that you can enter anything into Wikipedia, and it will only get taken down by Wikipedia editors if it's false, misleading, etc.

If someone wants to create a Wikipedia entry for the MeizuMe page, it should be OK.

Besides, there's a link to MeizuMe from the main Meizu entry. Realizing this I don't think that a direct MeizuMe page is needed. But if we would create an entry, I don't think that there would be any problem.

I don't think it will be removed, there are many websites listed in Wikipedia. I think Meizu Me is big enough to not be classified as unimportant.

@citizenklaw - They do delete stuff they consider unimportant. I know because I added myself to Wikipedia one day, and it was removed within a few minutes.

error, could you provide me with some websites listed in wikipedia?

but beforehand working that much, asking the appropiate wikipedia-member would be the easiest way?

Ah, vanity entries in Wikipedia I think are not allowed. :-P.

Still, I think a short entry on MeizuMe won't get removed. Heck, if they have an entry on monokinis (look it up, NSFW) they can have an entry on MeizuMe. :-D

I agree with that citizenklaw, I think an paragraph in the meizu article should do the job.

On a slight different note, how about a Meizu♥Me Wiki? For firmware/hardware related articles, could include skinning tools/how-to's etc.
