Good news: I can reconstruct the code because Windows XP (yes, I mean XP because I developed MeizuCenter there) has some temporary files of my project
But the better thing: I'll improve the code totally.
A compacter, more comfortable design; faster initializing of MeizuCenter;...

Here's the first screenshot of the new MeizuCenter:

This tab is already fully functional!

You can try it out (but only in German)!

I need a beta tester, because I haven't xp anymore. That one tests the latest MeizuCenter build till MeizuCenter finished.
    The tester should have ICQ!

Are you sure that the .NET Frameworks 1.1 and 2.0 are installed on your pc?

New progress: The German GUI and all the events and functions for the category 'General' finished successfully.
Now I start to design and code the English one.

The current basic functions: Better and very improved functions.
E.g. MeizuCenter detects whether it's already running and if you want it kills the already running instance.
    For people who know German:

Then MC detects if there's no device plugged.

In addition MC has a splash screen. It shows while MC loads the main functions and the GUI.

MeizuCenter is now again in its Alpha state BUT I improved EVERYTHING what I devloped.
The Alpha 1 has now a "helper". It's a program that rememberes if MeizuCenter crashes.
Then the overview about the free space etc. improved - now you can rename your Meizu and you can change or delete the icon.
Another thing: Meizucenter detectes if there's no device plugged.

    Screenshots:

    Main window #1

    Main window #2

    "Name of current device..." window

    "Choose a language" window

    "MeizuCenter is already running" window

    Download: Attachment

    Give a feedback please!

Is your player registered as a removable device?

    ------
Now I develop this project in another modality.
I develop the categories according to its usefulness.
That means: The next thing I develop is the category 'music', then 'videos', then 'pictures' and so on.

The current build of MeizuCenter is really compact.

This screenshot shows the Music Bowser (in German 'Musik-Browser').
At the top you see at the left side the treeview where you can select the folder you want to show at the listview (right side).
At he bottom are information about the file you select at the listview.
'Größe' means size, 'Länge' length, 'Interpret' artist, and Album is clear.
Now the best feature I'll implement: You can directly edit the tag of the file. Without open a special windows you can set the text of 'Interpret' and 'Album'! That saves time and is very easy.

If you have suggestions please post them. I'll try to implement them if they're reasonable.

Now I start to develop Meizucenter with Java.
That means that you can use Meizucenter with every OS (-> Windows, Mac, linux, JRE compatible OS)!

    1.0.0 = erste Release-Version

oops, didn't realize it was the english forum. I was just giving some tips on how to construct software version numbers and use common descriptors.
