@makd511: On my school, we only learn how to make a homepage using html only.
MeizuCenter is a free project I started and I won't get a prize for that or something similar.

And... now here's my age: I'm 15 years young ^^

edit:

Checklist

ToDo:
- Download videos by YouTube directly and convert them
- Manage music and album art
- Manage radio channels
- Easy download and install of skins for your firmware
- "MiniBrowser" - a browser where you can easily transfer files from and to the Meizu (in progress, ca. 80% finished)
- 'Safe disconnect' (done)

edit (04/14/2008):
New progress: The file transfer with more than one file from computer to Meizu implemented and tested successfully!

Even if you still maintain that you would have activated by your software a hidden bluetooth-chip in the M6 I would believe it immediately.

hi

can you add managemant of playlists files to the list. To rename them, maybe view contents of file, or even edit them in some way - cheers

this is getting good and progress is very fast. I think we need to collect alot of the tips and tricks on this website for you to try and implement. There was something to do with setting something in musuc files that stopped the player always going into update mode when unplugged, If you program could st this attriute on any file passed over that was not musc then this would be great - ill see if i can find it again and see if it ctualy works anyway

Here are a couple of tutorials, also dealing with porting.
Also wrt the internal M3 database, anyone has reverse engineered the format, knows where it resides and can reconstruct it outside of M3?

The music library (database) inside the M3 and M6 are stored in the NAND Flash in a hidden area inaccessible from a PC. It is not exported through the USB connection.

Hallo ForceDragonX,

Windows.Forms.Control.MarshaledInvoke(Contr ol caller, Delegate method, Object[] args, Boolean synchronous)
bei System.Windows.Forms.Control.Invoke(Delegate method, Object[] args)
bei MeizuCenter.Form1.AddListViewItems()

wo ich nur Bahnhof verstehe. Feuer ! Feuer !
Vielen Dank im voraus.

@All: He has an error (^^)

Okay, I'll try to fix that.
A new Version could be released today

edit:
Fixed! I hope this works!
File-Upload.net - Ihr kostenloser File Hoster!

@All: If you set the language to German, you can test the (German) "MiniBrowser" (a feedback would be nice )

NEW PROGRESS:
First new thing:

Added direct file opening!
That means: Double click on a file/folder:
*filename*.exe -> start .exe (e.g. a program or setup)
*filename*.*other extension (like .bmp)* -> opens file with the standard program
folder -> opens folder in the MiniBrowser

Second new thing:
Added column 'type' in the MiniBrowser.
In that column you can see the file type.

Third new thing:
Improved design of the MiniBrowser.
Added textbox in the bar (in the windows explorer it's the address textbox).
Instead of text buttons there are now buttons with icons.

Suggestion: Add an option for a drive icon, like here: http://www.meizume.com/miniplayer-m6...iniplayer.html

Thank you Err0r.
You mean that I should add a tab 'other' where you can set a drive icon (and optional a label etc) for the Meizu?

Yeah, precisely. Currently, it feels like the software has a lot of tabs. Perhaps it's better to have it under Settings.

Also, maybe combine Photo with Wallpaper, Firmware with Settings also.

It's looking good though.

big round of applause to ForceDragonX for all this work, development is fast and is listening to ideas.

i think like ErrOr, too many tabs at the moment but i understand that all is still in development and i am impressed with the work done so far

well done is all i am saying for now, though once all these ideas are implemented a review about layout needs to be considered.

no criticism here ForceDragonX jsut some thoughts and ideas - well done

i think this has masses of potential
