Need Programme to convert to Wma

hello nice people. help wud be appreciated!
i download my music from limewire an then convert to 64 wma to reduce size n jus to keep em all d same. when i sync to wmp11 to put on the m6 it converts them again n i think the reason is that any convertors i use don convert to vbr wma. so does anyone know of a converter that will convert to the proper wma wanted for the meizu or any better way of doin things.(Basically i don wanna be convertin the music any more than is neccessary because then they jus degrade in quality)

Is use Microsoft mp3 to wma converter. It used to be a part of the Plus! pack. It is a simpl program but works perfectly. It is a standalone program, no installation required.

I have used Easy CD/DA Extractor and have had no problems with it. It rather fast too. I'm not sure though about DRM.
