i had this one, left and right cable were different length, after a few weeks the left earphone stopped working, i hated that and got the sony mdr ex-082 as replacement, i have this 5-6 months now and it still works perfectly, delvering very good quality sound (i like them anyway) !

im on ex082 as well except mine has more bass on the right ear... stupid seller :@
