    Mylar XBi

i just got a XBi for my M6SL, i love the bass it punches out, however there is a little lag of clarity when everything start playing.

i listen to rock, ballads, live.

anyone of here using this earphone?
how can i tweak it to make it sound better and clearer.

    Has it been "burned in"?

With XBi, I would take the bass down to 0, and maybe increase treble to 1. Also play with Spatializer a bit

Yes, by all means, burn them in with radio static at a slightly lower than hearing volume for a good 10+ hours if you can.

If your files are good enough, you may be able to get away with raising the EQ frequencies at 3khz and above without distortion, and/or lower the low-end below 800hz.
